Analyst

Treacy & Company offers new Analysts an unparalleled experience. Our work spans many industries, clients, and business issues.  Learning comes fast and furiously, from intensive orientation programs to ongoing training and on-the-job apprenticeship.

As an Analyst, you will develop firsthand knowledge of clients’ critical business issues, building client relationship, problem-solving, and communications skills. You will own significant segments of client engagement, as well as be given responsibility for supporting the broader problem-solving efforts. You will conduct interviews with key market players, customers and industry specialists and analyze clients’ performance. Your findings, and contributions to team discussions, will help deliver impact for clients.

Associate

Associates develop specialized expertise and manage significant portions of projects. All Associates are encouraged to coach junior team members and serve as a thought partner to colleagues.

As an Associate you will work closely with clients in developing a deep understanding of their growth and innovation issues, create strategies for meaningful change, secure clients’ buy-in to proposed solutions, and work alongside clients to make those solutions happen. You participate in various training programs to rapidly advance your skills alongside your Treacy & Company colleagues.

Associates join Treacy & Company from top-ranking graduate schools in the US, from leading strategy consulting firms, large and small, and from internal consulting groups of major corporations. 

Engagement Leader

Engagement Leaders develop their leadership skills by taking ownership of project management. Keep one eye on the big picture and the other on the details will among the first things you learn in this role.

Serving as a thought leader to your team, you will ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget. Harnessing your team’s skills to deliver impactful solutions to complex problems will be center-of plate and among your most important responsibilities. You will offer team members formal and informal feedback and encourage them as they continue to develop their professional skills.

Engagement Leaders also start to play a role in building the company by participating in recruiting, contributing to training programs, and writing thought pieces for internal and external audiences.

Principal

A proven track record as an exceptional consultant and successful project leader will serve you well as you begin managing multiple client relationships. You will take calculated and creative risks to deliver impact for your clients—contributing to Treacy & Company’s intellectual capital and building relationships of mutual trust.

Clients seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate purview of your project work, and you will play an essential role in defining their strategic agenda. You will learn that you need to delegate and trust others, bringing out the best in your team members and all you interact with. Your bond with your team and your clients will go beyond projects or simple tasks, as they look to you for advice, leadership, and guidance.

Within Treacy & Company, you will share key business insights to foster innovation, develop the company's business capabilities, and build the business. As a Principal, you will have a growing role in the management of the company, and you will link Treacy & Company work across client projects to its broader business and strategic vision.
