In addition to crafting and implementing impactful solutions as a core element of its consulting practice, Treacy & Company directly applies its innovation philosophy through an active venturing arm.

We are committed to intensive research and development of Stage 0 start-up concepts with a goal of launching at least one viable new venture each year. Treacy & Co. is rapidly establishing a track record of success in funded start ups in operation. One venture has just completed its first full year of operation and is in the first round of external financing and half a dozen new business concepts are in various stages from conception to early launch.

We continuously seek new venture concepts that have the potential to scale rapidly and meaningfully change the game in the markets they target. We bring to bear the powerful intellectual capital, experience and relationships developed in our strategy consulting practice – particularly in the area of market leadership – to develop a unique perspective on the value creation potential of venture concepts.

While our current portfolio reflects investments in both technology and service innovation – our emphasis today is much more on service innovation where we believe we have a sustainable competitive advantage.
